At this point I'd say that Hakka is the only truly loyal to the others one left. Axel and Altare never really meshed 1 on 1, Altare really only seems out for himself and will collab with whoever if he sees benefit from it, Axel is just kind of there and would be better as a JP talent that does EN streams occasionally, Flayon is an extremely annoying little fuck with a horrible personality (or act, but if it is an act it needs to stop) and both Bettel and Shinri do absolutely fine on their respective own.

Contract renewal time was up and it's extremely reasonable to assume that one or both just weren't happy with their contracts / wanted more but Cover wouldn't budge so they're gone. The redesigns were already paid for and completed back before the contracts were renegotiated. So yeah, if they're fired / quitting they WERE pointless, but it's not like they were a spur of a moment thing and no, they do not point to them staying.
Likewise, I believe Coco had a brand new outfit and a brand new song literally after she announced her graduation, so again, your argument is moot.
The fact that Pako was literally on Twitter going "Hey, what the hell is going on?" tells me there's something serious enough happening that even the Cover adjacent people have no clue.
