A fresh vtuber is a new opportunity for viewers to start fresh with another one if they never caught any of the ones they watch right now during their beginnings.
I can say the same for Anya and Petra, since I stuck with them since their starts. I don't feel the same watching someone I didn't get the feel for when they started or discovering an existing one. It just feels "wrong" to enjoy them.
