I think he doesn't really hold a candle to Magni's waste of potential though. Magni offers absolutely more than Vesper in all aspects except Zatsu skills yet it was clear 3-4 months in that Magni really didn't have the "I want to make a successful career out of this" drive that being a Vtuber, let alone a Vtuber for THE biggest Vtubing company, demands.
For the EN girls, yeah, Gura is the biggest waste both as a talent and from the company side of things. She literally tossed her streaming to the side with shitty excuse after excuse and is essentially now an "Eh, I'll stream if I feel like it." level talent akin to Shion and Ayame. She skyrocketed to the top then just flatlined. The company should abuse the shit out of selling potential as well; just absolutely hammering out physical merch and forcing her to do sponsorship after sponsorship since she is too lazy to stream. The amount of money they could make off of her just selling voice lines is insane.
There are a few other EN talents that feel like a waste now, Ame being the biggest who just no longer seems to have any passion. Sana of course was a massive waste as well. She was good when she was around, but man she just took way too many breaks and then decided to leave.
