Unless you go to Harvard, Oxford or some other big name uni, it literally doesnt matter. You can even get near 4.0 gpa and your chances at work wont increase by much. You just need a college degree tangentlly related to the work your applying for because otherwise they dont "trust" you to work.
The entire international education system is a joke and hiring practices make it even more or a joke.
