>I know that the first route is perfectly fun but I can't remember if doing all 3 routes for birth by sleep is a slog or not.You are correct on both - first run is fun (usually people google the order and go for Terra > Ven > Aqua so they get to experience Terra's ride on Disney villain train) and other two are less so, ESPECIALLY if you decide to 100% all three of them.
The issue with BBS is that worlds themselves are MUCH shorter (think KH2 world reviits, so ~30 minutes per world) but the Disney plot is spread across three playthroughs, so you can either
>play all three characters in parallel and beat each world batch with each character and then move to another character (but then your overall plot progression is much slower)or
>just do one playthrough at a time (but then you kinda forget what even happened in this world during previous playthrough - it's an issue for streamers who don't beat BBS fast, like within a week or so)There's also a fact that starting from scratch THREE times is just not fun - CoM made Riku's story like five times shorter due to lack of Disney filler (and much easier, especially in remake) and DDD actually forced you to swap between characters while not letting you progress further. BBS just says "hey buddy, it's time to start from Level 1 again and do the same exact shit!"
