And second, we know for a fact that the designs of the chubbas are done long before the talents are cast and the talents have no say on the design at least not until they're settled in the character and they start influencing alt outfits. But the initial concepts are 100% on Cover and the girls are assigned to the characters. So it would be a huge coincidence that Cover had these twin characters and the Nippon girls just happened to be cast.
Unless you're implying they were personally chosen but that doesn't really make too much sense, its not like they were a huge catch, They hovered around 3 views their whole life.
