For: Tenma (Gen 1, one of the biggest PC talents) talked about how she wanted some collab and was denied because of Phase's rep. No mentions of what the collab was, if it was a corpo or an indie, or even if it was a vtuber at all - Tenma does fleshtuber collabs too. Could be evidence of a real corpo blacklist, could be just a random act of "political" dumbfuckery on behalf of a random streamer.
Against: Pippa (Gen 1, No. 1 in PC, menhera, yabs hard enough to give PC the aforementioned bad rep) getting positive mentions or DMs from Kson (VShojo, and a goddamn living legend), Filian (one of the top Twitch indies, somewhat influential in the indie space), as well as some lesser indies and small corpos. She got acknowledged by some Holos too.
IRL conventions: PC appeared at a whole bunch of convos just this year - they were was a major presence at OffKai, they had something small at AnimeExpo and ANIME Impulse, and I'm almost certain there was something else I'm forgetting.
The reasons why PC doesn't collab with the big names are obvious enough without involving rrats. PC is only big by "small corpo" metrics - most of their talents aren't big enough to be on the collab radar for big corpos or large indies. And Pippa, the biggest and the most recognizable talent in PC, is an absolute menhera about collabs, especially ones that would be "punching up".
