Before both of them declined, cunny shark managed to reach sub, ccv and merch numbers that are still unmatched by any other EN vtuber, and Mori is, objectively speaking, the most commercially successful music-oriented EN vtuber and probably somewhere in/near top 5 globally. Whatever your opinion on Council is, you gotta admit they have no one who are as well-known as Gura or Mori. There's really no need to reinvent the wheel; all they need is their own Mori/Suisei for music, Korone/Koyori/Kaela for streaming hours and game variety, Rushia/Lamy for unicorn buck farming, someone with brainlet moments like Gura or Aqua, and a random filler girl.
