Based on the mention of attempt to fix whatever went wrong, and the way her termination was worded so carefully in a way that almost protects Yuri, while still making it a clear termination, I think she probably just made some sort of mistake or showed some sort of negligence that you obviously shouldn't do and might piss people off, but it doesn't make you a bad person. It just means you have consequences. Best thing I can compare it to maybe is stealing food from the restaurant you work at? You're told not to, and you get in trouble for it, but it doesn't make you a bad person. Bottom line is I think Yuri fucked up and was probably rightfully terminated, but isn't a horrible person.
Also theres rumors that she was underage when she was hired at her previous company so she's probably 18-19 and thats prime fuck up age.
