The whole idea of it is nonsense to begin with anon. Consider that Lazulight and Obsydia were hired together at the same time. 5/6 people in those two waves had at least some connection to someone else in them. That is to say before Elira was even in the company management was actively hiring people who had already worked together before on their own. They even fucking debuted Pomu and Elira together for the first wave two close friends. It's pretty fucking clear that it was part of their strategy to hire from the same group not some conspiracy of people getting people hired.

The major downside of pushing nepo hires is you not only don't see the problems they generate but they're also inherently under qualified to a stupifying degree for the position and survive/thrive by forming cliques because that's how they got the job in the first place like some social parasite, so the seeds of collapse are planted with no one noticing until it's too late.

The funny thing is the people that commonly get called nepotism hires related to Elira were some of the most qualified hires NijiEN made to date at that point though. Millie was the biggest vtuber they had hired had even collabed with Holo. Enna had liek a decade of experience in content creation and was the best singer by far.

Literally the only person that didn't know anyone in the first two waves was Petra. Unless you think Elira was hired first and then for some reason Anycolor decided to let the newbie hire everyone and she got Pomu, Rosemi and Selen in or something then you have to acknowledge that management intentionally hired a bunch of people that know each other on their own.
