There are far more people that have been into vocaloid and Japanese music a long time like Elira, Pomu, Petra, Enna, Millie, Reimu, Ike, Shu, Maria, Kotoka and Meloco.
If you are interested in professionalism then mostly just skip Ethyria? Elira is really professional, so is Rosemi, Maria is too none of them are really ever involved in any drama or anything. They could basically just slot straight into Hololive without really changing much at all.
