HoloEN has a much higher potential reach than HoloJP simply because more people understand english than japanese.
Early on HoloEN was actually looking bigger than HoloJP but the talents of EN themselves for different reasons fell off on their own and the whole branch fell off.
But these girls have everything going for them. The cutest and best designs on HoloEN, 2 years worth of pent up hype for a new HoloEN gen, a double collab tag team format and on top they speak both english and japanese which means they could work well with both audiences and hang out with HoloJP too.
They are also highly motivated and dedicated and with proper vtuber experience, they won't get buyer's regret later and decide being a vtuber wasn't for them, they don't have an extra career to focus on, and they won't burn out due to the popularity.
And finally they are likely not going to interact with holostars because they are doing an in character japanese style CGDCT vtuber experience.
HoloEN didn't have anyone like that, anyone that was properly devoted to a character and provided legit escapism and a good time like JP girls do.
FuwaMoco basically offer the HoloJP experience for HoloEN's market.
