Anon, two weeks is not enough time to correct anything for such a project, they were in a position where rejecting it would cause the thing to be cancelled and that's a difficult choice to make if some of the others were fine with it, and Cover is also surely not be willing to just not post something they likely invested quite a bit of money into.
