You should add the context that the model she uses for Universal and the model holo gave her are two different ones
WHY does her Universal model genitals? No clue, but the best theory I have is that whoever they hired to handle 3D stuff for vtubers is also a porn artist that uses the same base-models for everything because its easier than just making an entirely new model
