No. The exact same shit would have happened, except instead of complaining about no results being shown, people would be complaining about how the numbers weren't real and the voting was still rigged. Hell, it would have happened even if the results were live, because people would have just accused them of dumping votes into the aqua design over the course of the vote. I don't really like the aqua design, but the fact is bear was never overwhelmingly popular the way people try to pretend she is. Hell, she wasn't even brought up all that much until the other loli design was nuked and a handful of people got assmad and started pushing for her because she was also sexualized lolishit.
It's especially a non-issue when the entire thing went fucking nowhere, and both designs were the same artist so they won regardless.
