The incompetence of HoloEN's management has never been in doubt, they've missed every single last window they've had to boost their branch's success. Debuts have been too late, they never capitalised on the massive hype and gave Myth a 3D concert for their anniversary until their numbers were already in decline, going all-in on Tempus when the male vtuber market had already bottomed out months ago.
There's no reason to join a large corpo in 2023 unless you're a brand fanatic, and ironically all of the vtubers left who are still Holofans are already invested in their small corpos or indie spheres to ditch everything and redebut in EN3. Both Holo and NijiEN branches are swirling around the toilet at this point.
