It just isn't Luna, or if it is, it's only like Luna in such a vauge way that Ina and Kiara are EN Luna. Even in terms of kayfabe, Luna choosing specific vocal tics to emphasize her character concept imply that same level of kayfabe in Koseki or something equivalent which isn't there. It's a massive simplication of how Luna is able to do kayfabe better than a chuuba that just mentions their lore consistently or tries not to break character.
Koseki is fine and its cool that she's playing into her lore but she's just not Luna.
