Viewers click on to be entertained and you cannot dictate what form that entertainment takes, "real" celebrities have dealt with much worse for much longer, and they handle it - in aggregate - with more grace (and more drugs)
Vox got to his real message at 5:15, more succinct, more impactful, and that should have been his entire comment. Amateurs, by 2025 perhaps pissy vtubers will learn how to work a crowd and get the response they want instead of the response they deserve.
