Ever since around early 2022 most of the songs she puts out sounds like she's being muzzled and is almost completely unintelligible. How the fuck has such a mixing disaster been allowed to continue for so long? It's literally like I'm trying to listen to her from underwater or something.

I love her older stuff and I really enjoy the sound and what I can pick apart from the new stuff, but fire your mixer or something because holy shit some of the tracks are unlistenable.

I also don't tend to use headphones so that might contribute. Some artists make their shit purely with headphone/surround channels in mind.
