In-universe all out battle until the fighter is no-longer able to fight (reanimation methods need not apply) mostly because to the death is onesided given that Trifecta are all technically immortal.
Assuming Ina can control her arms (yes arms not tentacles, better for grappling) she's probably the most threatening brawler, those things are beefy, can probably crush a car and quite literally endless in numbers. In addition to any other abilities that AO-chan can bestow onto Ina in regards to reality warping she could probably solo the whole crew except maybe ame.
Given that Ame functions on a weird ruleset of multiverse time travel and has been shown to have time-speed manipulation powers, not just time travel. She is also a very threatening brawler. She can skip, slow, stop, reverse and jump through time. And since she can travel to other timelines she can bring other ame's in to fight with her. But she has the fragility of a human, and needs her watch to use her powers.
Gura is actually the weakest in trinity, having only superhuman strength and speed, that is probably limited greatly from not being in water. However, given this is an all out battle we're likely to see Red Gura after the first few drops of blood are spilled, and thanks to her 「Killer Instinct」 she is a very capable fighter and has better reaction times than anyone in trifecta.
Overall Trinity has the best hax, having access to bare minimum low-level reality warping and some of the most flexible time travel you could imagine. Ame would be best to play carefully and always be ready to reset the fight.
On trifecta, we have a zombie wielding a sword she just pulled out of her head, so we assume above human strength and endless pain tolerance. And I don't actually know, but I assume Ollie doesn't have remote limb-control, but doesn't actually get debuffed beyond the loss of the limb. However IF she has remote limb control, she's a wildcard, because that means any number of Joseph Joestar tier shenanigans, especially since she is actually pretty smart.
Mori is probably above average to low superhuman strength and speed, being able to wield her soul-rending scythe one-handed with such dexterity. Now, this is the main hax that this team has, but since its a piece of equipment it means it can be disarmed or even taken. Mori's personal durability is still in question, but it presumably it isn't so high she can't be knocked unconcious.
Kusotori definitely has superhuman base stats (minus Int) and an immortal's experience in battle, likely rivalling gura. And probably any number of pheonix powers including flight and fire-power. However, all that's necessary for Kiara to be taken out is one clean shot and she bursts into ash to be reborn anywhere from a few days to a few centuries from then. A pretty clean KO if you ask me.
Trifecta are still a pretty big threat, but when you factor out their immortality they are actually very limited in terms of abilities. Their win condition is to secure Ame's watch before she can use it to replay the fight.
TL;DR I think Trinity wins, but Trifecta have one hell of a chance. Just make sure not to underestimate the weaker member of each team, because they will surprise you with their strengths.
