jp can't play CSGO. I mean physically it's not possible. There's no dedicated jp servers. You have to play with Russian/Chinese, and the experience is utter garbage. Also VAC hasn't caught a single hacker in like 13 years, but valve doesn't care because hackers buy skins or something. There's a video explaining the problem, with an interview with one of the hacker devs. The nail in the coffin? The most dedicated and consistent hackers are all Russian. Maybe if you get a full 2 teams worth of members to play against each other, but that sounds improbable.
