She said depictions of horror are okay but things horribly "triggering" are not, so I'd say it really kind of depends on what your brain thinks that means. In my opinion it means gory things are fine like "she got stabbed" but don't post about like her cutting herself or getting sexually assaulted. I guess if you write it so she's like "hell yeah /meat/" then it'd be fine... Maybe. I personally would make sure to like preface the post containing it with "Hey this is guro be careful" and if somehow she decides to say "Hey please don't" just archive it and take it down.
