You then give it examples of a new voice so it can understand the style, give it an audio clip and it'll apply the style to the audio clip.
What anon here is doing is also taking the output and using audio mixing to fix a lot of the jankiness. You can find online services that can do this sort of thing but your output might not sound so great, especially free versions.
