A firm warning telling them to knock it off because that kind of behavior is unacceptable in a professional environment (which is what Nijisanji *should* be behind the scenes). Then once it became clear that Enna's bitchiness isn't a joke and she's ACTUALLY just a cunt, so her first month, she gets an ultimatum to knock it off or face suspension and eventual termination. Realistically she should not have debuted in the first place because management should have seen the obvious red flags beforehand. It would have been better to cut her, and Millie if she insists on sticking with her bad influence of a "friend", from the wave and find replacements.
As for Kyo, I believe that pretty much everyone is on the same page that Iluna, as a wave, was a mistake. Don't get me wrong here, some of them are nice enough people. They just don't make for good vtubers. But even putting aside the fact that they are a group of normalfags with no understanding of vtuber culture, I genuinely do not understand the appeal of Kyo nor do I see how he got hired. Like, even if he was a fleshstreamer, I don't see why anyone would find his content appealing. I'm pretty sure wiggers are actually the most universally reviled group on the planet with nearly every race and culture openly mocking them for being retarded. I guess maybe the Japanese don't find them cringe but... ah nevermind I get it now.
