Nousagi did get taken down, he ended his activities when people found out his patreon versions of these videos were including actual dox and traumatic shit that happened to one of the myth members.

And what exactly is Cover supposed to make him be "gone for good"? They can't even make the various "real faces of Hololive" that actually show the real faces of Hololive members go away. The most they can do is file a bogus DMCA complain the way Nijisanji did against False and Khyo, and all that accomplishes is making the video go away for a couple weeks.
