now this is surprising, i thought combine together Niji still have more, speak volume of how hard NijiEN fell.
Let's look at vtuber ranking: https://virtual-youtuber.userlocal.jp/document/ranking. The top 20, 15 are hololive, only Kuzuha and Salome are there, i thought at least Vox would be up there, but guess he is irrelevant now.

I think it’s different standards. As a female vtuber fan, the sexual deviancy in the tweets Niji makes really puts me off as a viewer. I feel far more comfortable with Hololive because, while they can have fan service, they aren’t being as explicit and tend to have some decorum.

Another female VTuber fan and I agree. I don't enjoy the BFE pandering bc it feels really forced, awkward, and uncomfortable to me. I also don't like how blunt most of the girls are or even their voices really.
I like cute girls doing cute things and cute girl noises which is why I stick with HoloJP mostly.
If Niji released a model I REALLY liked I might watch, but I'd probably end up dropping them quickly.

Nijisanji also are less picky about who they hire, don't have competent management unlike Hololive (JP managers are usually crazies and shitposters but are somewhat tame in comparison to EN ones, and EN management are mostly Twitter and Tumblr shitlords), and they don't consider refining the quality of their brand (instead they do mass hires for easy cashflow), which is why huge chunk of Nijisanji's roster is a mass graveyard full of people who rarely stream or have graduated, and they are often full of controversies.
And yes, I am aware of JP and EN branches. and their shenanigans, since following their hijinks and activity like a schizo was my hobby until last year.
