The general body movements in the MV might have been mocapped using their 3D models in the studio, but none of it required that much movement outside of the dancing and taking off their clothes, and so those portions were probably the only parts of it that were mocapped. Even then, the animator would have made sure that the clothes came off in a natural looking way as opposed to snapping off like they probably would using Cover's normal 3D tech.
The rest of the MV was mostly the girls laying around in provocative poses or close up shots like Towa's cherry animation and it's not possible to mocap small, fine movements like that cherry animation using mocap alone. They can't exactly stick mocap sensors to the cherry stem, you know.
So yes, even if some of it was mocapped using the 3D models, the majority of it was animated by hand.
