Nobodies gonna be that engaged and "on" 24/7, especially when they're not trying to entertain someone. That said, it's clear that what she puts forward isn't 100% a character; her as a person is always informing how she presents her character, and sometimes even shines through the character. Any streamer, let alone any Vtuber, puts forward a bit of an exaggerated, more performative version of themselves for entertainment value.
