The most I could consider being signs genuinely are the graduations and the free labor roots. As another person in the thread noted - there would have to be a notable and repeated trend of mismanagement of talents and restriction. I make this distinction because if we were to scrutinize every bad talent management decision regardless of corporation - everyone is black. Mel's handling, Kaoru situation, Taiwan - Most of NijiEN current graduations and leaks coming to fruition, not discounting Roa, Lulu, Gundou problems - What went down with Kaguya Luna in terms of payment and content creation. Tangible events that you can see the results of that.
