Kobo always larps as a kusogaki brat like 98 percent of the time.
Bijou just feels sweet and silly, with real gamer vibes. She's doing a cutesy voice but it fits with her personality much better than Kobo/Gura.
Gura just feels like a shit-poster zoomie doing a loli-voice.
