that would be a legal contract nightmare for any company involved
basically, it will go like this
selen(livers under Nijisanji) > asking perm to any company >company needs to confirm if the one asking perms is truly Selen and not Rando claiming to be her so they need to contact Nijisanji > Nijisanji then asking selen if it truly her that been in contact with the company selen has been asking for the perm >selen need to confirm it's her to Nijisanji >Nijisanji needs to contact back the company selen ask for perm and confirm it is her >company then needs to do a lot of stuff exmp: negotiating term etc with/look into her history if she is damaging the company or not >give perm to selen
or they can just give Selen legal binding contract that she can ask perm to any company without asking nijisanji first but that's a lot of power to give to your employee and not lot of companies will do that
