>>5565297I don't know how you can come up with that impression, when the "people in the back office", i.e. Holo managers and other associated useless buerocrats, are routinely the number one reason that good, creative ideas get shut down (or never start in the first place) and the whole content is watered down into safe, boring and bland mainstream babby shit to be as inoffensive as possible to large normie masses.
Like, sure you can try to rationalize it like faggots like this
>>5562252 do and think this is about the "strict idol culture" that makes them "good", as if the only false choice is between idols and total peepeepoopoo degeneracy, but that's not the issue, rather than management, like typical of profit driven companies stuck in their ways, are simply looking to make the most amount of money with the least amount of effort, and resist anything that's more creative or adventurous than "hurrdurr just stream Minecraft or Apex all week long, whatever, that's easy and safe". And to be perfectly honest, objectively many of their talents aren't particularly creative or amazing either and are happy to just coast along and get carried by the Holo brand buff to be content with just playing Minecraft and Apex all the time, comfortably.
Or to put it around in this way, what are some actual things that "the people in the back office / Holo management" actually themselves did that "generated hype and increased interest"? Whenever something like that happened, it was the talents themselves that caused it (the few that actually have the drive, ability and motivation to do it, see above), not management, and these few good things happen DESPITE their (shitty) management, certainly not BECAUSE of it.
