I got a model from TheArtGun but it took me $1K to get it. It was early in her Modeling designing career via Blender. So she might have raisen her prices.

She did Girl_DM, Iron Mouse, Snuffy and a few others.

For 500$ ...ehh, go search on Twitter some artists, you'll find someone who will make a thing for that price but don't expect some Hololive-level shit. Alternatively - learn into Vroid, you can do surprisingly a lot of good stuff with it if you master it. But don't settle on basic textures and costumes build into the program, it's cringe as fuck.
Also train your fucking voice. You can talk about anything if you know how to speak.
