I know people like to think everybody else has this great tight knit ideal family where everybody all comes together and everythings great but if she was that close to her family she'd tell them about her job opportunity, and they'd understand and support why she can't be there one time.
The suspension rrat has credence because she's brought a lot of crass twitch humor with her which, as people have pointed out, doesn't fit with the image of hololive.
I see hololive the same way I see Nintendo, they're very careful about their image and they don't want to damage it in any way.
This suspension is more than likely just reprimanding her to get her to adjust how she carries herself now.
Why they decided to do that during such a crucial point in time? Beats me, but the suspension itself still makes sense, it's just not an optimal time to do it IMO, but it's their business so it's ultimately their decision.
