I think it's because they both evoke the old vtuber magic that got me interested in the first place while simultaneously bringing something new to the table with their unique duo nature that will fundamentally affect every aspect of their activities in a fresh and interesting way. Of course they need skill as entertainers to back this up, but from what I've seen so far it's looking like they're going to thrive.
