It's more like she looked up to Coco at a time when she knew very little about holo/idol shit, so the idea of someone who didn't really fit the typical "mold" being a beloved member was something she sympathized with
But as time has gone on she's gotten over that feeling of "not belonging" and that angsty need to rebel and has craved her own niche within Holo, as well just out-ranking Coco in terms of career time, her need to to look up to a person who doesn't fit in has subsided, and they're more like peers now
She oshi's Suisei because she admires her work ethic and dedication to the craft of music and sees Suisei as someone to "chase after" as well sympathizes with the plight of fellow struggling artist
And as for IM, she just like her as a person, there's not much depth there lol
