For the eye color there's a laser surgery aimed at destroying melanin in the pupil which leaves a nice blue or light blue color instead of your former black or brown color, this is also invasive and it takes months to fully recover, recovery includes taking a ton of meds too, if you don't wanna go blind.
For getting fit there's roids, the fastest way since forever but it can be risky and cause a lot of health problems if done incorrectly, there's clinics specialized in this but they can be expensive depending where you live.
For the income obviously depends on many factors and if you want to really impress her, you need to pull at least half or the same income she pulls with her job, which means you need to make net 1M a year or more. There's many legal ways such as real estate construction investment, innovation investment and on the same page stock exchange but they can be risky and require a starting amount that you can afford to lose, then there's the illegal ways like narco related stuff and criminal organizations in general, easy to get in but hard to get out clean.
