It started with chat asking if her sister could show up on stream and use her old model because it's just idle and she was kind of tentatively evasive but came out with the fact that she's no longer allowed to use it for legal reasons.

I haven't watched Kiara long enough to tell whether or not there was a "tell" in her tone of voice or whatever, but she seemed pleased enough. But she didn't dwell on it and the moment passed.
I'd say that if over-management was concerned with Vesper's "I no longer gaf about pissing off the majority of the fanbase" thing then I would say that they would've probably gotten the blue causesupporter to change the inflammatory title of his show.
