That's a shame, It's playable with official patch 1.2 ver. Some VTMB fans even prefer to play with only official patch since they think unofficial patch distorts too much of the original game.

Not entirely true.
Official 1.2 patch is adored by speedrunners because it has lots of exploits and main appeal of speedrunning is to use up as much exploits as possible to beat games (it's pretty much autism olympics), and hipsters who larp patricians on /v/ (/v/ shitters to this day pretend that True Patch Gold is good while it's even worse than official patch and breaks the game even more).
There's nothing wrong with unofficial patch at all. If you want missing content restored and some things fixed - you play with unofficial plus patch, if you want just basic fixes- play basic version of it.

I think CK3 can be doable and offer nice storys with all the roleplay but the whole christian vs muslim theme stays.

Correct. Thanks to her recommendation I'm also playing the game and man, it's no joke.
My character got anally raped and their legs cut off and the game is still going. Ooof Cover would never allow this.
