If you were talking about peas, in which you just seed an entire field of course seven out of one hundred is in the "realm of possibilities" but, given that this is spontaneous human being pairing, for a person to be the one to witness a brown eye / blue eye couple produce a blue eyed offspring is "almost impossible" because said person won't be witnessing a hundred of those, they will witness one or two in their lifetime and those will unavoidably be brown eyed
