First, GGN did not ask Pomu "Would you like us to give you a tour?", they said (not to Pomu) "We hope to give a tour to her someday".
Second, GGN's tweet was a QRT, not a reply tweet to Pomu. If they wanted Pomu to notice them, they would have replied to her in a tweet comment.
Third, Pomu's tweets were not reply tweets to FWMC, they were general tweets saying that she likes them. She did not reply to a FWMC tweet looking for attention/collab. If Pomu wanted them to notice her, she would have replied to them in a tweet comment.
