Tonight at AMT +6, Ame will be part of the Holo ID Minecraft sports festival, although she (probably) won't have a PoV.
As far as I've seen, Bae and Zeta both have PoV streams though, so those are some options for possible Ame sightings later.

At the end of August, Ame will be part of the Summer Splash Party concert, as part of this year's Holo Summer event.
