I think these days it's pretty hard for any nijiEN to actually make the jump just because they now have such a scrutinized public record and the branch is so full of drama that it's just a bad idea waiting to happen. If Pomu/Selen/Rosemi came over actually you'd have problems on both sides, some Holo fans wouldn't like someone who so openly rode Luxiem clout like Pomu and on the other hand whatever's left of NijiEN fans would be fucking furious at a 'traitor' jumping sides and anti her harder than anything we've probably ever seen so far. It'd be bad, a shitshow even unless nijiEN as a branch ceased to exist and the talents started to off on their separate ways. Even if that happened they wouldn't be actually fired at once (I don't think) because they make a lot of money for Anycolor, rather they'd just be incorporated into nijiJP, although this would lead to them being a distant second fiddle in official Niji business as we can already see how things are starting to go with Selen.
