Leaning on GFE only works if you stick to it completely and are basically at the mercy of your fans because of it. She's set herself up for failure by not being a plaything for the base looking for that experience. By advertising GFE, you're essentially saying "I am willing to isolate the rest of the potential fan base in order to cater to a niche subset who will pay me a ton more to offer self-insert chances for them." You don't get to then turn around and go "Oh, but also I am going to alienate THAT base too because I want to collab with who I want to."
My comments are taken from a purely business standpoint. Again, I literally don't give a shit who she collabs with. Also, I do realize that just by being in Hololive, she's set for life, so sure, do whatever. At the end of the day, it's her money to make / not make with her choices.
