FWMC now starting to branch out to JP and trying out their hand at JP streams, another indication that these hires were poor choices for EN specifically. I can only assume we will also see Bijou try her hand at a Thai only stream. Probably the only hire who actually cares about the EN market is Nerissa, but unfortunately she was placed into a gen that will be very difficult to thrive in. Overall, Advent's failings are due to a lack of proper talent acquisition. It's funny to hear how many times most of these girls applied to hololive before they were accepted, it's almost like hololive just realized they had to lower their standards as they just couldn't find people that would match them. Imagine if they hadn't debuted two generations of men and instead had taken a more proactive approach at scouting talent. It is what it is, I can only hope that they learn from this mistake and start preparing for the next gen instead of dropping the ball and trying to just patch things up last minute.
