I don't really like how Vshojo runs things but through graduations and hirings the roster actually looks alright now. Trading Silvervale, Nyanners, and Vei for Henya, Nazuna, and Haruka is probably the biggest no brainer I could think of and the rest of the roster wasn't too bad besides maybe Froot. It could easily become shit again but it's probably better to be a fan of Vshojo now than it has been previously.

i sometimes watch melody or zen cause i think they are the only genuine nice people there, but it depends on what they are doing on stream

Removing the Arch-Traitor Nyanners and the gigawhore Veibae will improve anything by a LOT. Even dogshit is better than them. Now, without them in the equation, Kson and Ironmouse can probably redeem VShojo and even give it a "the Jesus of Vtubing" arc.
