So I tried a money run with Suisex and it's useless, hit frequency is WAY more important than damage done for coin drops.

Do takodachi kills proc stuff like choco horns or other on-kill effects? I know popping the takodachi used to trigger them too, but that was removed.

The problem is she overcaps due to her 100% crit rate and increased crit damage. Hit frequency isn't actually all that important, Suisei is just an outlier because she barely benefits from the stamp. Very small attack size relative to most other characters in the game and her fuckhuge crit gimmick scales beyond what the stamp accommodates for. Attack rate really only comes into play if you get the Bomb Stamp as well and even then it's not strictly about attack rate; attack coverage is pretty important as well.

I was thinking so too. Shame her base crit is so low, she is a natural pick for Gorilla paw but since she also wants melee you’ll be losing out on Bardiche that way.
Could go Sacred Flame but then you’d be giving up the ice one which more naturally fits her idle idol gameplay.

Try turning off damage numbers. The game just got a substantial performance boost so if you're still lagging hard it's because your PC has fallen behind.

That argument wasn't true before, and it certainly isn't now after the solo-weapon stamp got hard nerfed. It can make a character with an already well rounded kit strong, but collabs will always be the easiest way to beat this game.

I think it might still be the case that the greed and explosion stamps only procs once per attack/projectile. Essentially, Irys fires a shitload of projectiles that can each proc the greed drop as well as exploding which can proc another greed drop

Yeah, some of the achievements seem way too common.
So far, my rare achievements are
Tank Class: 5.5%
Bullet Hell Pro: 7.4%
Get Some Help: 5.5%
I still have two hidden achievements (I think one is a shiny fish) if anyone has the percentages for those?

This game kinda sucks and I think the only reason people give it a pass is because it's free and the dev is a nice guy with connections.
Hololive deserved something better for its first feature-complete fangame, even if just a basic platformer or shmup or whatever.
Since Idol Showdown has a menhera dev and everything else is just demos or chuuba bait I don't think that'll happen anytime soon.

If you want to farm gold, best is irys. You can also use reine or korone. Then just pray to rng gods to get a Greed Stamp (golden skull) early and the superchatto time. Make sure to cap your weapon into 1 in upgrades > others, then get solo stamp and the usada stamp.

The challenge upgrades are sort of interesting. If you turn off collabs, g-ranks and use hardcore, etc Hard 3 would be pretty fucking hard I imagine

Yeah she's a pretty mixed bag. Her best weapon effect in which her weapon turns into spotlight is gated behind Invisibility, and you can only proc it every 20s or when you use her ult. Synergizes well with Idol Live though since you want to hit as fast and hard as possible during that ult duration.

Kind of. It removes the downside of Gorilla's Paw while also adding multiple blue homing projectiles to cover for Dragon Fire weakness of only working in your target direction. Probably the best super collab in this patch.

Weapon skills AND special. Way more consistent than Solo stamp and flat out stronger than it at higher levels.
Not being able to Piki spam Mio is a bit sad but I think she’ll overall be better than ever with the skill and special buffs.

if you do it will appear after lv 41 (using anvils seems to speed it up you need to roll it in 3 parts)

Halu 5 Hard 3 keeps you on your toes even if you have max upgrades and growths based on what I play. If you get careless and don't have any damage mitigation getting hit on Halu 5 could possibly 3 shot you not to mention theirs certain areas where you can get swamped really damn fast due to how claustrophobic it is.

Wish Reine gets a buff at least to her Special CD.
Her main weapon sucks ass for solo runs, and while her special is good it charges too slow and the damage isnt that great tbdesu. Even with idol costume its slow as shit. It can be rectified a bit with the special increasing food, but that requires her getting hit and she doesnt have the natural bulk to take too many hits. At least not at halu 5.

Irys is also probably easier since Reine has no natural bulk and one wrong move and you just die. Especially at halu 5. Which is why i opted for no halu in my run

Ame doesn’t lose out on much.
I think Haato’s weapon is strong enough to offset her mostly passive bonuses.
Miko and Mumei have pretty strong base weapons, IRyS too though her skills help a lot.
Anything should be easy for stage 1 though.

Needing to stay still is going to suck with all the projectile spam in higher stages which will tank her damage bonus. Her weapon isn’t particularly good for taking full advantage of the stun stamp blocking either.
The Mirror damage is only on Melee weapons which tend to be the worst and rarest kind. Crits are nice but she has a terrible base crit with no built in boosts.
I think you’d probably want to go bardiche and super ice sake for her yo boost her crit rate but it’ll still end up low since you’d need to be dumb to not take the buffed Gorilla Paw.

They're pretty substantial overall but you can work toward all of them at the same time. Keep clearing new stages, pick the usual money-making items, dump coins on gacha until all characters in each banner at at least G Rank 20. By that point you should have gotten a few outfits and enough tears to buy several of the ones you haven't yet.

Marketing is essentially Halu without the stat buff or gold bonus. It does make the game harder for newer people cause they don't have all the relevant upgrades and systems maxed out and dealing with 5 extra fans per spawn is rough on the harder stages.

i did it using ollie with no skills and all slots disabled and did like 5 of the unlocks from .6 at once. it's very easy with slots turned off you'll hit 10 before like 15 minutes with glasses
