>>56378210The meme certainly makes it harder since most people who actually want to discuss her just watch the stream given the quality of these threads, but you could just talk around it like what other generals do with sexposts. I wouldn't think someone asking a genuine question would get bombarded with rape posting or threats to get out. Someone just needs to start doing it for others to follow suit. Slowly the one-note posting quality of the thread would get less and less prevalent and people would be less averse to joining discussion. There's also the fact that most anons can't speak japanese and wouldn't have much to say about any ongoing stream and those who do either talk in the stream chat or post on 2ch instead.
I couldn't see Ui ever having an active general given her at best twice a week stream schedule especially with how much faster the boards been getting neither could I see rape posting completely wiped out.
TLDR: start discussion to get discussion, don't expect much.
