it's a common mistake, but it quickly kills of projects. people want to be popular way too fast, and end up not setting true objectives and standards for the company. you cannot just let a talent make lazy ass content like reaction vids while the other ones are working to have higher standards. that's what made the success of big companies, they blew up in a slower fashion, but they set standards in how they wanted their company to work, and so when the right audience kicked in, they had it ahead of the concurrence. phase is a company turning around 1 girl who doesn't give a shit about working, while a lot of less popular members are working their ass off. that's not how you run a company correctly, or at least that's what i think.
