At hololive's level, I don't think they'd trust their own talents to rig due to the stakes and investment they have on each talent.
If a talent can rig themselves, and do it well, then that's a load off their minds and probably also saves them time and money. A good example of an excellent rigger in the small corpo scene is probably Cheri from Vreverie and she does really good work on her own. I'm sure they saved a lot of money hiring her, and might have been the reason they hired her.
